Hi. I’m one that you’ll see arguing till I’m blue in the face that the only realistic possible winners of the general election are those from the major parties. And I also encourage people to vote for Biden in the general.
I just want to point out that I commented before you did in this thread relaying the sentiment that voting your heart in the primary is fine and good, showing that I do know how it works.
In the general election, you don’t vote FOR a candidate. You vote AGAINST whoever you hate most. That’s the two party system. Abstaining is a vote for whoever you don’t like.
I mean, trumpists certainly seem to love him, and this is Lemmy, where you can reliably find some nitwit who will claim that Biden is the Most Progressive President Since FDR.
Trump isn’t on the ballot. Voting uncommitted is not voting for Trump.
