Finally got a chance to use a free public charger for the EV. Normally it’s full of Teslas, but this time there was a Cupra and an MG (and a Tesla, of course)… and one spot left for us in the BYD!
Not real sure what the deal is with charging locations but people always seem to use ports on the opposite side to where they’re parked so the leads barely reach and end up a tangled mess behind the cars. How does it end up like this? Does one person bugger it up for some reason and everyone ends up working around them in a perpetual cycle of charger spaghetti for the next 48 hours until the bays are all finally empty and there’s a chance to start fresh?
