    Well said. Most disabilities are not obvious if you’re just viewing someone for a minute or in this case, even less. Someone could be able to walk 1000 feet but need a wheelchair to travel a mile.

    Also Christmas trees are not heavy? My great grandma could probably toss one if she needed to and she’s 97 and also couldn’t work pretty much any job.

      5’ trees can weigh 30kgs, that’s enough for most healthy people to permanently injure themselves. Not a fucking chance your grandma is tossing one dude… total bullshit.

      Also, the lady is trying to use a year old collision, where’s the claim information for this injury if it was related to the collision? Why only go see a doctor a few days after a tree tossing.

      The tree injured her, not the collision in this situation. No doctor would condone doing this if you had a nagging injury, sorry that just throws anyone’s defense they can use in straight in the garbage. If she had seen a doctor about the collision, she wouldn’t have had permission to do this.

      Insurance sucks, but read the damn article lmfao.
