Probably not the best first post I was going to test run a homemade spring roll but I’ve had too much to drink and I don’t trust myself with inferno oil so I’m going sausage roll instead… little bit of microwave, then oven shortcut.
Nice, I got stuck in to last nights Thai. Something about the old Pad Thai after 24 hours of stewing in the fridge that makes it hit just right.
