    New car arrives in 10 days! That was quick… With people waiting 18 months or more I was expecting to be sitting on my hands for a while yet.

        We went for a BYD Seal Performance.

        This is the worst financial decision I’ve made in my life and it makes absolutely no logical sense whatsoever but man… forget saving the planet, EVs are just another world of fun once you get in to the zoomyboi editions.

    First time taking a taxi in while. The driver was super nice considering the time. Cause I live so far out, the cab fare was nearly $200. Lucky for me, my employer will be paying for it 👍🏻

      Last time we did a trip away, it was cheaper (by far) to use a taxi to the airport… But cheaper (by far) to get an Uber Green home.

      Pricing, how does it work?

        You would think it would be the same either way. Maybe taxi driver gets less work going away from airport so charge more verses uber that pick up jobs the other way round 🤔
