Do centres even do anything anymore?
They never get the ball. There’s no room to move. There’s always an edge forward marking them as well.
Yeh centre is kind of a weird position in the modern game. It could - and often is - just be filled with an edge back rower with a lot of success. Most of the time they get cut out to get the ball to the winger or the play just dies with them unless they’re absurdly strong like staggs and co that can make something out of nothing.
And another easy try for Storm.
They don’t need to do anything fancy/creative to score so far…
