I think that would be an awesome post and worthy of some serious discussion here.

Read logs etc. It could include details about her early life, the time on Voyager, then afterwards. Court cases, and how revelations came out. A whole life biography of Janeway is a standalone book.
Someone should actually make a spreadsheet from every episode evaluating every single decision she made, and try to do some honest ethical calculus on it. I think that would be an awesome post and worthy of some serious discussion here.
