Usually descriptions like that are quite specific references, but I can’t figure out what this one is. Can anyone help me out here?

To me, it looks like a cross between Halo’s Master Chief and Star Wars’ The Mandalorian.
The quote isn’t, to my knowledge, from either, but would fit either.
