  • Friday- Tofu Schnitzel mashed potatoes and gravy.
  • Saturday- Tofu Chutney Chipotle Sandwich & Carrot Cake (carrots from the garden <3 )
  • Sunday- Lentil Taquitos
  • Monday- Sunflower Seed cheesy pasta, Cookies
  • Tuesday- TVP Sausage Patty Sandwiches
  • Wednesday- Lentils & Rice
  • Thursday- Sunflower Seed Cheesy Pasta
  • Friday-Red beans and rice

Add in potatoes & popcorn as snacks, we make big meals so i always have leftovers to eat the next day.
