    No, he is not reasonable or compassionate. His actions speak louder than any words he uses sounding like reason or compassion.

      It sounds like his friend thinks he’s virtue signaling. I thought they were supposed to be against that. /s

        It would be vice signalling, in this case. There’s nothing virtuous about starving children. Allowing children you starve in the face of a solution to that starvation is evil, and very in line with his voter base.
