If anyone other than Trump wins the Republican primary, Trump will run as an independent candidate. This will split the stupid bigot vote and make things easier for Biden.
I think anywhere trump is not allowed on the primary ballot, he will be removed from the election ballot when the niminations are made.
I agree with the other poster. The Dems should not be considering the tactics of getting trump.off the ballot. They should be following the law, as per the constitution.
