I’ve been using it on and off for years, but I don’t really know anyone else who has used it. I’m curious what people’s experiences with it are?

    Really good when I’ve got at least some fitness already, but not so great for replacing something like couch 2 5k. It schedules in really hard assessment runs so it can assess your performance, but they suck when you’re completely unfit. But once you’ve got some base fitness, it’s a really good way of mixing up different runs, and getting a plan that works around your availability, and also accounts for your missed sessions etc
