The Wellington city took the crown, but a handful of small New Zealand towns also made the top 10 list.

Genuinely surprised by this one. What is there in Lower Hutt worth travelling for?

My guess would be it’s all the townhouses that got built circa 2021 and then didn’t sell in the downturn.
