Our prisoners, their hostages
Yeah we’re focusing on the children vs people 18 and younger, but even just prisoners vs hostages is wrong. In what way are those child prisoners not hostages?
That’s how they view the Palestinians. They’re just numbers for them. Purely abstract.

noticed this same thing while my parents were watching the news last night. israeli “women and children” were exchanged for palestinian “women and minors”. they literally dehumanize palestinians whenever possible

This articles are live and often gets dozens of edits post “publication”, the wording in the current version isn’t how it always was. In fact an even earlier version of that article had different wording in that paragraph as well.
Who is doing the edits and why?
I wonder if you could track edits and the message they’re trying to convey against the numbers of readers of an article for each edit.
