I was expecting bad things based on the memes of US food standards, but everything has been really good so far. They do have a weird habit of calling something an “entree” when it’s actually the main meal, and their “appetizers” are also there same size as a main meal so no idea why they separate them out.

One thing that’s awesome is Dr Pepper on tap everywhere. I love Dr Pepper. Free refills are the norm too so I’m giving myself diabetes over that one.

Coffee a real problem though. They do drip/ filter everywhere. Very few places have an espresso machine to make proper coffees so it’s either burnt bitterness, or you need to make it a super sweet to cover the taste which doesn’t help with the diabetes.

Their toilets are terrible for taking a piss. If you’re long in the legs but short in the sausage, your wizz reaches terminal velocity before it hits the bowl and cause they keep it full of water you basically turn it in to the Bellagio fountain. Piss splash everywhere.
