    And our national marsupial makes for an excellent bolognaise. Solid dog food too.

      My old man used to argue that he wouldn’t eat roo steaks because it was on our coat of arms.

      I then pointed out the sheep at the top. (It’s actually just a fleece, but he didn’t know that.)

      Next thing, he is eating Emu, Kangaroo, Crocodile, Snake, etc.
