Question, I think Ithe judge in Georgia for the 2 going for a speedy trial, said that anyone trying for a fed case could appeal. Is that true?

Of course, given the nature of our court systems, it would be surprising if they COULDN’T appeal.

The article states that Meadows would appeal this decision to keep him in State court.
I looked for that in the article and didn’t see it, I must have missed it.
