I do not envy civ players. At least the CoD and FIFA types know what they’re about and embrace the the same reheated gameplay yearly.
But strategy game
players who enjoy working the brain muscles and encpuntering novel scenarios? Getting drip fed slight rehashes of tech trees/stat numbers with the exact same gameplay and charging 70$ for it + future DLC? Thats gotta slowly drive the civ community crazy after a decade or two.
Get with the times old man, it’s +1 food on every farm and plantation now.
