We all are pulling the level if you think about it.

In one track if you do nothing is the lives of everyone destroyed by some millionaire. If you pull the lever the train moves to other track, in this new track if the millionaire and yourself.

Luigi pulled the level, and everyone can. But we chose not to do so.

DOGE is going to save so much money by not switching that level … although some red folks, and some blue folks are going to do some suffering dying for the efficiency gains.
