Holy shit that’s terrible. That might just be the worst example of hostile architecture I’ve ever seen.
This is the only one we’ve seen that is designed like this. The others are all regular shelters with a bench and space for standing or wheelchair. Weird.
On second thought maybe it’s not seating. It could be public art next to a bus stop.
