I tried using yoghurt as an egg substitute in my burger meat patties. No taste difference, but the patties do not stay together.
Either I need to use more flour, or use something else. Still taste good.
I have heard about the yoghurt trick, but never tried it, good to know it worked about how I assumed it might.
What else you have in your patties?
Regular mince, what should be eggs, flour or bread crumbs, onion, garlic, and a bit of BBQ sauce.
