Other grand juries, such as for the documents at Bedminster, have not been announced.

The E. Jean Carroll trial for sexual assault and defamation where Trump was found liable and ordered to pay $5 million before immediately defaming her again resulting in a demand for $10 million is not listed as it’s a civil case and not a crimimal one. That trial date is currently set for January 15th, the same day as the Iowa caucus.

You’re assuming he survives the primaries. He still hasn’t signed/accepted the forms that state “I will support who ever the GOP nominates.” So he’s not allowed at the GOP events, including debates

I don’t like it, but I’m pretty sure he is the GOP leader now, no matter what the rest of the “official” party would like to think. He doesn’t have to participate in their games at this point, he’s getting the majority of the republican vote no matter what.

He could not sign and they would still let him in, most likely, as he has the leverage. However, as a narcissist who is happy to lie, he’ll likely sign as he doesn’t care about anything but attention in the moment. If he thinks attention won’t focus on him, when it could, he’ll want to be there. So it’s a little bit of a game of chicken at the moment.
