It says it’s going to save Marvel’s slump - it can’t, in itself, make other Marvel movies better. Marvel need to focus on telling a great story first and building the universe as an added extra (if at all). That’s how the early MCU films worked and they were successful but after Endgame they reversed it.
It’s like trying to talk about cars and not talk about Toyota. Like it or not, Marvel has made some of the biggest and most influential movies of the past 20 years.
I’m not sure what you mean by “site” - this community covers a wide range of films. Deadpool gets mentioned in the mix of content as a big, upcoming film. It’d be weird not to post about it from time to time.
That’s fine man I just hate marvel movies. I’ll still read the comics, there’s something about the films and the people who watch them that irritates me though.
I’m sure my obsession with dark fantasy and fromsoft games irritates someone out there somewhere. 🙄

You do you, but they will get mentioned here from time to time, so brace yourself.
Personally, I’ve not liked much of their output since Endgame (if we consider Spider-Man to be a separate beast) - Shang-Chi had a lot of promise but hosed it away in the final act and The Marvels was better than it’s reception suggested but I can’t for the life of me think what the point of it was. The only ones I really enjoyed all the way through were Doctor Strange 2 and GotG 3.
Looking at the upcoming slate, other than D&W, there isn’t anything I am looking forward to (and, as a fan of the original iteration if the Thunderbolts, I am dreading that), although Fantastic Four could start to turn things around. If it doesn’t then they’ve basically blown Phases 4-6.

I too have no love for the slop machine, but occasionally it does shit out a good product. Usually because they accidentally happen upon creators that actually care about the end result
It’s on track for $1Bn - more than either of the other two.
It looks like it’s going to be a blast and could easily by my favourite film of the year.
If they think it’s going to make marvel movies must-see again, I think they’re mistaken.

Why is even this site obsessed with marvel slop?
God dude irritating

Don’t worry, you’ll find your nemesis eventually.
It’s ok to like a thing. Even if it is slop
Yeah I just have a deep hatred for marvel and stat wars at this point. People can like what they like as you said even if is slop.

Why is a new movie being brought up in a movie comm!? gOddUdeIrRiTAtIg
Don’t worry I won’t make fun of you for watching a movie meant for teenage boys too hard
Ah I see you’re just one of those guys who has no fuckin life and goes around starting shit here of all places.
Apparently you care a lot more about these movies than you do. Continue to be defensive about it, it’s pretty funny.
Alright weirdo. Like I said enjoy your slop meant for teenagers 👍
Go back to your cringe edgelord server, moron. Who let you out anyways? .
It’s movie news in a movie forum. Simple as that. Deal with it or go away.
Are you the type the chapos talked about who hides upstairs whenever family or friends come over because you’re so weird and insufferable?
Your posting history seems to indicate this is the case. All you do is try to rile shit up and act toxic.
I don’t block people, but this is the last time I respond.
Go express your pathetic loneliness to someone else.
And you morons wonder why everyone hates you.
