    I went for an 8 km run mid-week and felt quite good after a week off, but pulled up quite sore which made this morning’s Parkrun more challenging than usual. I did do a thorough warm-up to avoid any injuries, but my legs definitely felt heavier than usual and I ran quite a bit slower - only just scraped in under 25 minutes. I forgot my inhaler, which impacted my breathing, then dropped my MP3 player at high speed right before the end which banged it up a bit. Overall, a bit of a shitshow this morning…
