It’s literally just the multiplayer, which is pretty much the last thing anyone cares about in a game like this. Helldivers also no longer requires a PSN account. Can we move on?

Then they went and delisted the game from countries that wouldn’t have been able to play the game with the original requirement for a PSN account. Ghost of Tsushima is playable in all countries without a PSN account. It’s literally just the multiplayer, which is pretty much the last thing anyone cares about in a game like this.
