I wanted to try Perfect Dark too, but went for Goldeneye first. Haven’t played it seriously yet, but did setup the controls and played the first mission a little bit.

Headline makes it sound like he is some kind of villain revealing his evil plot.
Hmm… interesting. It makes sense that they improved some stuff in the sequel, but everyone has different taste, and what one finds interesting, others can find boring.
I recently read that DQ-III remake will have quality of life improvements, like recall functionality from DQ-VI (just what I have read, haven’t played either of those games), so they probably modernized some other things too, and will probably do the same for DQ-I and II. Would just have to wait and see.
I would prefer to just wait for the official release 😀
Thanks for the suggestion though!
Heh. Have fun!
Thanks for the input. Will just wait for all of them to release and then decide based on reviews.
Really glad about this one. I never finished the original Metroid, but loved Super Metroid and Dread, so going to try and finish this one.
Hehe, same here. Except my list have games from a decade ago too, like Dragon Age: Inquisition that I am playing right now. Silver lining is, even if we don’t get any new game that catches our interest, we still have enough games to last us a long, long while.
Yeah, I have a huge backlog, and since I love RPGs, have a lot of those in that list.
Cyber Sleuth is pretty highly rated. I was thinking about starting this or Octopath Traveler, but then went with Octopath Traveler. Will get to it soon-ish though.
I played it in Yakuza 1, and not sure if it was because I was pretty young or the tutorial wasn’t good enough, but I didn’t understand anything from it. So, after that, I started ignoring Mahjong in all other Yakuza game. Maybe I should give it another try.
Releasing similar games close to each other is known to cannibalize sales of each other, so it’s not a completely bad suggestion. Hopefully Nintendo have enough data to know this won’t cause much issue.
For those who have played the originals, is it better to play 3-1-2 or wait a bit and then play as originally released, 1-2-3?
I have been keeping an eye on it since it was announced in PlayStation showcase. If the performance is good on Switch, I would prefer to buy it here. Let’s see how it turns out.
Yeah, there are lots of people (like me) who don’t have any other Nintendo console other than Switch, so getting them all accessible would be good, but as they say, it’s Nintendo, so who knows.
I think they meant their first thought after reading “MP3” was not about Metroid Prime 3, but they eventually got it.
Yeah, that’s what I thought too. Well, maybe not the exact words, but that it was a really good Direct, saw lots of things I liked and I am hyped for.
Starting from Mario and Luigi, to Legend of Zelda to Metroid Prime 4. Not to mention Donkey Kong Returns and Super Mario Party. And that’s just from first party.
I really hope so, as I have never played the original Prime trilogy, and want to play them all before 4. Have been meaning to play Metroid Prime Remake, but without any news of Remake of 2 and 3, or MP 4, wasn’t prioritizing it, but going to play the first one soon now.
Hope they release the 2 and soon.
Yeah, sometimes a game just isn’t for you, at least, not at that time of your life. Nothing wrong with that. You can always take a break from that and return to it if you feel like it someday.
That’s nice. I just finished The Lamp Campfire and started Ocarina of Time, for the first time ever!
