Being tech support for my family can be very frustrating sometimes. 9 times out of 10, I just do an internet search, check first link and follow the instructions. Problem yesterday, I just copied a link I found, sent it to my Mother, and told her to follow the steps. Problem fixed in 5 minutes without me having to do much of anything.
