    I’m not going to say there aren’t, and it’s hard to prove a negative. I’ve searched https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/gettingstarted/onboarding but I can’t see any term or condition restricting a developer from publishing because they’ve got another publisher.

    Maybe someone can send a link to the actual legal terms and conditions when signing up if they know where they are.
