I’m really enjoying watching the Chinese social media give their hot takes on US (and Canada / AU / NZ) citizens. Some absolute bants going on in the comments of some of the… notes? Not really sure what they call them.
Wouldnt mind going to China one day tbh. Mainly to go to the BYD factory and give them some pro tips - oi like you know the Shark 6 right? Do that, but in a van format. Like take the Hiace, remove the sooty boi, throw dual electric motors in there, give us 80kwh of of batteries under the floor, and then a little petty motor up front to run as a generator for range when we need it.
Anyway then they’ll make the Whale 6 or whatever name they come up with and finally I can buy a work van that isnt sooty.
It’s like TikTok, bit with better comment handling, and an assortment of other functionality like adding static images / having collections that work sort of like a Pinterest board, and a kind of blog on your own profile.
Anyone else boarded the Rednote train yet?

What is the format of Rednote? Is it like Twitter, or more like TikTok?

Definitely short form video orientated though.
