Good news everyone! The tyre was patched by our friendly local tyre shop. Well I say friendly, but I’d say more indifferent than anything. To be fair though, they always get our tyre issues sorted. I don’t need a smile and some faux interest in the wife and kids, I just want my stuff repaired quickly and cheaply and on that point they deliver.
