I carved the back of my hand on a sharp piece of stainless yesterday and it hurts like a mofo.
There’s a 5c coin sized piece of skin that’s holding on by a flap and the cut is deep under there. Currently held in place by bandaids. Fingers crossed (not literally cause I can’t) it doesn’t end up needing medical attention. I hate going to the doctors.
Took the bandaids off (gently!) and it looks way better than yesterday. Bit oozy, but just that yellowy/white goo that’s all about healing, not the red water flowing out everywhere.

Are you up to date with your tetanus shots? Hopefully the bandaids can hold it all together for you, because that sounds real crappy.
