Finally, we can hopefully get some progress on this issue.
Given how many ubiquitous services expect you to have both internet access and a cell phone, having at least one classified as essential will be monumental for so many people.

Austin Public Library has a collection of banned books on Libby, numbering around 1500.
I would be in favor of a “Come and Take It” campaign for books in Texas.
