Norman is effectively a suburb of OKC. Also it’s by county so all the stuff actually closer to OKC will out weigh the college town there.

It does appear to be mostly college towns and some high education cities though

Almost all phone plans have unlimited texting. Or at least it seems that way.

It can be used to denote pounds. Such as an item weighs 10#. There is a reason a lot of stuff did and still tells you to hit the pound sign on automated phone call menus.
