You had me until the last sentence. There are a lot of deeply misguided—and pain fucking stupid—reasons that circumcision has become seen as the ‘norm’ in the US, but I don’t think it’s how the American people takes its aggression out on men?? That’s a pretty unhinged thing to think. I understand the anger and frustration at genital mutilation of babies (bc that’s what it is, in my opinion), but let’s come back to earth a bit.

The sets, the wardrobe, the direction, the acting. All of it is so good without taking itself too seriously. It’s from the same director of the (good) Mummy movies, so go figure

Is this the real reason why we have longer lines in the bathroom? In addition to having to finagle several layers just to pee?

…Why not just wipe the pan out with a paper towel and throw it in the trash? If you bunch up a few of them and move quickly, you can do this while the pan is still kinda warm, even.

I would definitely urge you to consider what @Dark_Arc is saying. I was one of the kids they’re talking about, whose parents micromanaged all internet access and didn’t end up doing well. Obviously you know what’s best for your family, but as a product of that environment, it hindered me more than helped. I would hate for you to be doing all the work you’re doing trying to keep them off of what you deem inappropriate, too, when it doesn’t really help in the long run.

Just something to consider.

Idk why the tv show would have gotten them any grace? As far as I know, all they did was let the property be bought and used by Amazon. Todd Howard executive produced, but that’s not saying much. The show has nothing to do with them as a studio. They just lucked into a team who had something interesting planned with the IP.

The Skyrim releases will continue until morale improves.

Thank you, I will definitely check! I don’t think I’ve ever actually bought a microwave, they’ve kinda just been in whatever house/apartment I’ve moved into, so that’s probably why it never occurred to me that that info was probably in the paperwork that came with the machine

You’ve never lived with a dog that’s actually been trained then. I’ve had dogs my whole life and they’ve never done any of those things beyond the puppy stage. I recommend it, but it is a big responsibility, akin to parenting when done properly.

Unfortunately it’s true. It’s pretty well known in beauty/aesthetic procedure spaces, which many celebrities inhabit. It’s why so many have samey looking teeth, it’s wild.

I thought it was closer to uterus, and that’s what he was thinking of? A kid that age would be more likely to know that word because of health classes; they don’t teach words like ‘vulva’ (in the US, at least. Too sexual, I guess 🙄) which is why so many people don’t learn there’s a separate word for vulva and vagina until they’re way older.

I’ve looked and looked over the years, but no microwave I’ve ever owned as let me adjust the wattage, even though I’ve often seen this tip. Is this just an EU thing, or a bougie microwave thing?
