yeah, at this point i’m an underpaid “manager” with no actual authority so i could be let go if i make a decision my borderline nonexistent two actual managers don’t like. this includes being in charge of “training” (i was never trained ofc) which largely consists of shadowing me for a day and then getting tossed into the deep end because we don’t want to hire people.

afaik “the english” (that’s you) are allowed to do that kind of technology for them as long as they themselves are not doing it. and then they also have some basic electrical stuff (lights esp.) and will use off-grid power sources for them and such. it’s iirc more of a glacial pace of adoption rather than a total ban
