Creating a Perchance account seems to have fixed the issue.

I’m also having issues since the last update. I have deactivated my addblocker and the cookie manager of my browser, made exceptions for Perchance… But I am still not being served adds in the space dedicated to it and the Website acts as if I am actively blocking adds and keeps reloading the page on a timer, making using Perchance too annoying to bother with.
