The perk system was fine imo, but the fact that attributes (except for charisma) did not influence dialogue at all was extremely disappointing.
Roleplay opportunities were traded in for a better gunplay experience. It became an FPS, not an RPG.
Some random guy you might’ve seen on Reddit (more specifically r/OldWorldBlues)

I meant more in the sense that rich people usually get tax benefits and failing big businesses get bailouts.
That’s definitely true as you would want to conserve the wealth that you currently have, which right wing policies usually help with.
Thanks for reminding me of my childhood
Tbf I did try out Linux Mint after using Windows basically my entire life and the only issue I ran into was that setting up the desktop was a bit fucky through the inbuilt UI settings (notably panels freaking out).
Other than that, it was fine.
Building some kind of bond with a small British streamer and becoming his mod is pretty surreal for me in hindsight.
Huh, interesting, it may be a mix of both origins since the album didn’t seem to be sold very well (at least in physical copies). Still, the meaning is the same.
Twitch culture can vary drastically between streamers, it mostly depends on the moderators and the streamer themselves (almost like any internet forum). And the main appeal is the interactivity between other people usually, whether with the streamer or other viewers.
Haha congrats on being old. As for the origin, ‘cap’ originates from the twitch emote ‘Kappa’ which is used in response to someone lying. It got shortened to ‘Kap’ and got turned into ‘cap’ when it went mainstream.
It means “no lie” in English (Traditional).
I played through the main story and it was pretty fun. It’s a nice chill game overall, though it does suffer a bit from feature creep. I just ignored most of the minigames in favour of the actual main gameplay loop.
While I agree that direct democracy is the only real democracy, history has shown that direct democracy can only really be achieved in small communities, otherwise you run into various problems.
Referendums are notable examples of a direct democracy in action, however they can only really work with simple yes or no questions as more complex questions usually don’t work (as voter turn out becomes abysmal).
I feel like state connected polling agencies would be biased while reporting such statistics.
Incognito Daft Punk
A preposterous idea! - conservatives, apparently.
I’ve played Odyssey and it was fairly fun to play, but Valhalla to me seemed a bit, idk, empty? Not much parkouring around in large towns like an assassin when the buildings are pretty sparse and small.
Hanging IN the water? Dude, how long is your schlong?
It’s not like he can make an ad free version of YouTube and release it on Vision, it would probably get instantly taken down.
His audience sure is full of them though.
