I made chicken last night that was so good I’m still hearing compliments on it, like 5 people today were like “damn that was good chicken”

It was supposed to be “cajun roasted” so i pulverized some bell pepper, celery and onion in a food processor and marinated the chicken with that + “cajun seasonings” (not a pre made blend im just too lazy to list) and then roasted it, and I made a butter cream sauce seasoned with more trinity + cajun seasoning and poured that on top
