I’m not really talking about eating them out of desperation but rather just as an additive in food, however I see where your coming from and it’s a pretty reasonable response.
I agree to an extent but if you take a look at one of the best diets in the world for a moment the Mediterranean diet has lots of plants, fish and rarely meat
God I can only imagine that once that day comes a lot of us will rejoice

I really think marine aquaculture needs a breakthrough like aquaponics
This is incredibly insightful as someone who want to get into the business, I agree that as always the governments are like 2 years behind new production methods and I wish that wasn’t the case.
We’re all going to make it, as long as we keep pushing for the future we want
I’m hoping to see more successful large scale operations perhaps with some aspects of aquaculture/aquaponics integrated

That is a very interesting perspective, thank you for making me think of things in a slightly different light. But yes I agree any type of advancement in farming from this point in human history and onwards should be attempting to achieve 2 things:
Dont poison the planet (we kind of need it)
Make food preferably with some variety
Honestly for me I think if we could grow grain vertically this would’ve been something we all jumped on
Totally agree lots of potential to lighten the load for the average Joe or Jane when it comes to groceries
I agree agrivoltaic farming is much more easy to implement for farmers, and although droughts and such will be more common I think the main appeal is what you said freeing up space for nature to reclaim.
