Hey mate! I’m pretty sure I have sleep apnea or something close, my missus said I routinely stop breathing and then jolt myself awake. She will barely sleep in the same house as me, let alone the same room because I snored so loud.

Never did the sleep assessment thing, but we tried one of those mouthguard, snoring jobs and it changed my life! Missus said the snoring stopped basically 100%, and I feel way better now, much more energy, like I am actually getting proper sleep.

You get them at chemists etc, but they are $100 or more. She got some internet one for ~$60 or so, possibly SnoreX which is good. We since tried the $20 eBay ones and they are basically the same thing, good also.

Can’t hurt to give it a try!
