Currently searching for a rental and am noticing many in the span of what I’m looking for don’t have aircon or have aircon only in the living room and not in the main bedroom. I’m starting to run out of time with my current lease ending soonish. How bad do you think the summer would be in a rental without aircon in Perth?
People don’t “need” aircon it just makes things easier. I have lived in the tropics over summer with no aircon, this person can survive a Perth summer, with only aircon in the living room.
