An encampment and blockade on Trinity College Dublin’s campus will end following talks with the university.

    Not surprising they were amenable to end Israeli ties. Already there is more sympathy in Ireland for historical reasons and the colleges income from tourism was impacted.

    I winder if this success will have similar repercussions internationally. Israel does a lot of research. If they lose ties with many universities worldwide, that will hurt them for many years to come.

    Today america halted arms and if they keep pressuring america with their genocide, they may find they lose military assistance in some form too. Likely all for Netanyahus benefit. Certainly not for the hostages.

      A bunch of US universities managed to resolve it peacefully too. It’s mostly the ones beholden to billionaire donors that decided to call in the police.
