      Nothing in that screen capture indicates it was past the refund period.

        Open a ticket but don’t use the “I want a refund” option. Choose one that will require a human to look at it.

        220+ hours of game play is WAY past the refund period of 2 hours

        The first time you ask for a refund, the bot with auto decline it based off hours, the second time on it gets a human review. If you keep applying, eventually you’ll get someone to approve it, and it’ll help if you use the script given in the Twitter thread
