I finally made the coffee joke after rewatching Airplane! - now with audio!
The Internet has ruined me, I expected something much different after the “I take it black” fadeout. The innocence of the joke here is quite refreshing 😄
I can’t help but notice Janeway developed an American accent in that 32 years though 😉
I mean, the actual full quote from the movie is:
Little girl: “No, thank you, I take it black, like my men.”
OMG I love the movie, no wonder that line was in my head. Can’t believe I forgot the rest!

I don’t know where the young actors were actually from but they were both clearly playing parts intended as English high society.

Also made me check (I wasn’t 100% sure), the little girl is Michelle Stacy (imdb, can’t find on wiki).
