Made my peanut sauce a bit too thick but still tasty. Love making gado gado as a quick dinner after a busy day. Favourite go to vegetables are frozen green beans and some sliced carrots. Tofu marinated in some soy sauce before frying.

    Yummy! I love how you managed to replace egg which would traditionally be part of this dish with tofu!
