Pretty much the title. I’d love it if I could use Firefox or even an incognito mode as a default browser.

It will use your default browser, even for custom tabs (as firefox does offer its own implementation). For incognito the option exists if you use chrome based on a flag but not sure firefox offers the same possiblity
