Sometimes the dock program crashes for what seems to be no reason at all and I have to restart the dock with the killall Dock command in my terminal. Running that command refreshes the dock and makes window switching available again. This is getting pretty annoying that I have to do that every now and again, has anyone else had this problem and what was the solution?
