Hmm, could’ve sworn I saw once that they had brought back the RWD drive train. Regardless, I’m nowhere near the socioeconomic demographic that Volvo seems to be targeting these days, so what’s my opinion matter ¯_(ツ)_/
I’ll keep cruising in my 20 year old V70… as soon as I can finish that damn PCV fix…
The V70 R is an absolute beast. I’d get another one if I could find it.
Sadly they don’t make an R trim anymore. But their base model wagons are 455hp so that’s cool

All their wagons are AWD, which I guess is okay. They’re all also Cross Country models, so not as sporty as the V70R.
But you can get a proper V70R for under $15,000 which is awesome.
