Nothing coming from the Israeli government or John Kirby’s mouth should be trusted at this point.

Its irrelevant how bad Trump might be. Imagine Trumps press secretary defending Russia doing this kind of shit. Would you accept it from them?

The US is a nation in disgrace for supporting Israel.

Unfortunately, it’s never irrelevant though. Shit can always get worse.

But it’s kinda nice when we pretend it can get better by voting instead of just “probably worse”. I miss the heady days of “hope and change” lies. Those were tasty, memeable. Buying into those is like buying a lotto ticket and dreaming about what you do if you won. You won’t, but it’s part of the fun.

Now we only get promises that the other side will whip us “way harder”. This fantasy is harder to get behind (pun intended).

I’d like to see what justifications the pro-Israeli camp comes up with for this one.

They’re trying to push the idea that it was an “error-prone” AI. So if we’re following along, that means either the strikes against civilians, journalists, and aid workers were deliberate or the AI is not accurate and they’ve been indiscriminately bombing civilians. Both are crimes of Genocide.

And this is coming out right after some story about a line gunman that may or may not have been in one of the vehicles. It’s incredible how they just shotgun different explanations all at once and hope once of them makes a little sense.
