PTSD can be pretty bad, but a 20 year old kid was murdered in his backyard for the crime of wearing a hoodie on a mild day.

Dirty cops have a history. Probably they saw that cop do shady shit before. They didn’t take action then because they didn’t care. Now they care, but only because they’re selfish.
